Access through technology
This project focuses on the acquisition of professional, mobile stage equipment for the courtyard of the historic townhouse that serves as the headquarters for Workshops of Culture in Lublin. This investment significantly enhances the accessibility and quality of the cultural education offered by the institution, specifically for individuals with special needs, including those with disabilities.
The newly acquired equipment includes:
A professional stage structure with a protective roof.
A high-fidelity sound system.
Advanced stage lighting.
An Inclusive Cultural Space
The implementation of this project allows for the professional staging of concerts, theatrical performances, and educational workshops within our courtyard—the only space in our institution fully accessible to individuals with mobility impairments. Furthermore, the mobility of the equipment ensures it can be utilized during various outdoor festivals across the city of Lublin.
The core objectives of the project are:
Broadening Participation: Encouraging engagement in culture through high-quality events.
Supporting Local Talent: Providing a professional platform to promote local artists.
Professional Education: Creating an expert-level space for cultural workshops.
With this equipment, we are expanding our cultural reach, particularly for younger audiences, giving them the opportunity to interact with complex and professional stage productions in a welcoming, accessible environment.
