Socio-cultural animator and manager (Maria Curie Skłodowska University), PR specialist (University of Warsaw). Since 2004 she has been professionally involved in the production and promotion of cultural events. In her early days at Workshops she was the Head of Marketing and Communications, which after 7 years she exchanged for curatorial and programming activities. She created the Culture Animation Incubator, a professional development programme for the staff of the cultural sector, and initiated the Patterns of Europe project, which introduces designers to the richness of traditional culture of the Lublin region. In addition, she has created “The Magic Lantern” film club for children in Lublin and co-initiated the MediaLab Lublin Battle project, the series of film screenings – Miasto Movie, and the Different Sounds Zones concert series. She also teaches courses in socio-cultural animation at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and occasionally acts as a trainer in cultural marketing and production. She is an enthusiast and propagator of audience development and a leader of many processes related to audience development in Lublin.
