This remarkable bilingual edition of poetry by the acclaimed Lithuanian author would never have reached Polish readers without the translator’s meticulous, sensitive, and deeply thoughtful work. Being nominated for such a prestigious award is a tremendous honor for Wydawnictwo Warsztaty Kultury and a meaningful confirmation that the literary works we bring to you together with our authors and translators carry exceptional value.
The award jury selected the finalists from among 28 poetry volumes submitted by 20 publishing houses from across Poland. The winner will be announced on May 23, 2026, during a gala co-organized with Wrocławski Dom Literatury.
