Фестиваль «Мистецтво біля річки» – це подія, яка поєднує високу мистецьку якість, експеримент та екологічний підхід. Фестиваль проходитиме на березі річки Бистриця, що протікає через центр Любліна, мальовничим маршрутом, що відкриває панораму Старого міста.

Під час фестивалю, як у літній арт-галереї під відкритим небом серед зелені, будуть представлені мистецькі інсталяції у сфері сучасного мистецтва, на які ми запрошуємо митців, які використовують різні художні техніки. Їхні роботи, створені спеціально для цієї нагоди, вступатимуть у діалог із навколишнім простором, будучи коментарем до нього та актуальних суспільних подій.
