About the Event
We invite all buskers, circus performers, and street artists to submit their applications! From the entries received, we will select a maximum of 10 diverse acts to be showcased in the heart of Lublin from July 23–26, 2026.
Why join us? For 17 years, our audience has enthusiastically welcomed performers, rewarding them not only with applause but also with generous “hat” donations. With over 100,000 visitors annually, a fantastic atmosphere and high attendance are guaranteed. Additionally, one participating artist will be honored with a financial award of 3,000 PLN.
Participation Conditions
Performances: Minimum of 2 shows per day throughout the 4-day festival in prestigious city locations.
Logistics: Free accommodation and meals provided.
Travel Reimbursement: We cover travel costs up to €600 (international) or 500 PLN (within Poland).
Technical Support: We provide the performance space and basic gear (portable PA system, microphone). All other props and technical requirements are the responsibility of the performer.
Promotion: Featured placement in the official program (print, website) and extensive event promotion.
Compensation: The program follows the traditional busking model based on hat collections (the festival does not pay fixed performance fees).
How to Apply
If you accept these terms and want to perform for the Carnaval crowd, please complete the application form by April 20, 2026. We will select the most compelling proposals and send out official invitations by April 30, 2026!
