Christmas Market in Lublin 2026 | exhibitor registration underway!

About the event

In December, for the second time, the Old Town in Lublin will be transformed into a festive space filled with handicrafts, unique gifts, decorations and flavours. And all this is thanks to the Christmas Market, which will take place this year from 17 to 20 December. Exhibitor registration is currently underway.

Wooden chalets, festive illuminations, the atmosphere of the Old Town and an artistic programme will create a place where both residents of Lublin and visitors to our city will be able to find original gifts and soak up the atmosphere of the upcoming festive season.

We are looking for people who have something of their own to show – ideas, products, flavours and things that you won’t find on the first shop shelf you come across. We want the Christmas Market to be a place full of quality craftsmanship, original designs and local products. If you create such items and care about their quality – we invite you to apply.

Who are we inviting?

• People involved in handicrafts, crafts, and artists,
• creators of original ornaments, decorations and gifts,
• people who use natural materials in design and production,
• exhibitors offering high-quality food products for consumption on-site and for takeaway,
• producers of regional specialities, baked goods and festive products.

What do we look out for?

We are keen on an original, proprietary range – handicrafts, unique decorations, natural materials and items with soul, as well as high-quality food products that fit in with the festive atmosphere and tradition.

Applications will be assessed in terms of:

• the quality of the products offered,
• their price level,
• originality and alignment with the nature of the event,
• the planned aesthetics of the stand.

Conditions of participation

Participation in the Christmas Market is subject to a fee.

• Creative exhibitor – a person who presents and sells their own artistic, handicraft or craft products | 500 zł gross
• Commercial exhibitor – an entity engaged in commercial activity, offering ready-made food products or other products | 1000 zł gross

The fee covers participation in the Market for all four days of the event. We provide aesthetically designed stands (wooden chalets measuring 2,5 x 2 m) with lighting and access to electricity, a table and chairs, access to toilets, cleaning of the area, as well as security during the hours when the stands are closed.

17-18 December 2026 | Thursday-Friday | 14.00-20.00
19-20 December 2026 | Saturday-Sunday | 11:00-20:00

Fill in the online form. We will be accepting applications until 31 October 2026.

We will inform you of the results of the recruitment process by email by 13 November 2026.

The Christmas Market is organised by the Workshops of Culture in Lublin. The event is part of the Christmas Festival, organised by the City of Lublin.
