The last show in July is reserved for the French director, co-creator of the New Wave – Agnes Varda. “Faces places” is an unusual documentary that Varda created in collaboration with a famous street artist and graphic artist working under the pseudonym JR. Their joint journey through the corners of France, in a van stylized as a photographic camera, became the perfect pretext to reflect on art, image, forms of artistic expression and life choices. This documentary road cinema takes us on an incredible journey with two outstandingly talented artists, endowed with unique sensitivity, who are divided by a large age difference, but who share a love for the world and art and a passion for creation. “Faces, places” is a must watch, not only for documentary film fans.
