Inkubator Kultury
Both workshops are part of Inkubator Kultury, a comprehensive development programme for culture sector professionals. After several years away, it has returned to Workshops of Culture to continue supporting people working in culture and initiating new activities that expand the city’s cultural offering.
In September, we launched a comprehensive training programme for a selected group of participants. Now we are opening up a series of workshops to the public, supporting cultural life organisers in further areas related to their work.
As part of the “Kultura dla równości” programme, together with Unia Równości, we invite you to a series of workshops designed to develop the skills of people working in culture in the areas of communication, dialogue, equal treatment and designing activities for diverse audiences. The programme combines knowledge with practice, draws on real-life situations from cultural institutions, and uses engaging workshop methods.
Inkubator Kultury is co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage as part of the National Centre for Culture’s Kultura – Interwencje programme. 2026 Edition.
