The first Speedline Highline Championships for the President of the City of Lublin Cup will bring together highline walkers performing on slacklines at significant heights. During this weekend event, the Krakowska Gate will transform into an arena for international competitions included in the world sports ranking system.

The event combines extreme sport with artistic spectacle, where lines stretched high above the audience’s heads will create an element of surprise and intense emotions for both competitors and spectators. This will be a historic moment for the highline scene in Lublin!

The championships are all about adrenaline, competition, and meeting people united by a shared passion for heights.

Athletes will compete over a distance of approx. 35 meters (the total installed line length is 60 meters).

The event is a part of the Federacja RE:UNION project (Europejska Stolica Kultury Lublin 2029), which implements activities aimed at encouraging local communities to actively co-create and participate in cultural life and volunteering.
