Mission

The core objective of ALLURE is the exchange of best practices in adult teaching methodologies and the creation of functional tools that make cultural events accessible to individuals with various disabilities. The project seeks to empower adults by enabling them to learn through active participation in cultural life.

Intellectual Outputs
The project results in several key resources designed to bridge the gap between culture and accessibility:

CIMA Web App (Cultural Information Made Accessible): A digital tool providing essential information about cultural venues and events in accessible formats (Simplified Text, Text-to-Speech, Pictograms). It covers vital logistics such as opening hours, elevator/stair access, wheelchair friendliness, Braille availability, and adapted restrooms.

Research Report: A comprehensive look at the current state of knowledge and the specific needs of adult education within the context of cultural resources.

Best Practices & Recommendations: A guide for accessibility and inclusivity in cultural activities across Europe.
