Culture Volunteer
A training programme for volunteers between 16 and 75 years old who are interested in working at the events organised by Workshops of Culture in Lublin, gaining valuable knowledge and skills, and taking advantage of the opportunity to experience unforgettable months with the team at Workshops of Culture.
The programme offers workshops and training opportunities for people interested in volunteering to support the efficient organisation of culture events and fosters conditions for learning, development and working for volunteers wishing to help their city to develop. All participants have the chance to get to know the team at workshops of culture, comprehensively prepare to assist us with our events and make it possible to direct them to more demanding and satisfying tasks in the future.
The programme consists of two modules:
Training Module–meetings and training sessions providing the participants with knowledge in areas needed for efficient work in the cultural sector (including communication and teamwork, self-presentation or producing a cultural event from A to Z).
Practical module–All participants can take part in outdoor events organised by Workshops of Culture.

Practical Module: Workshops of Culture in Lublin, Grodzka 5a/ 7 and in the city.
WHEN: weekend sessions from March to September (2-3 meetings per month). Assisting with selected events.
ADMISSION: Recruitment for the project takes place at the end of February / early March. If you are interested, you need to fill in an online form available at the time of the recruitment.
