About
In the fast pace of city life, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a moment to breathe and connect with nature. That is why we invite you to a unique series of workshops inspired by the Japanese art of harmony. Mini Zen gardens, bonsai, and kokedama will allow participants to create their own green oasis to take home. Sometimes even a small dose of nature can work wonders.
Contact between city residents and nature primarily serves to restore mental well-being, reduce stress, improve physical health, and enhance overall quality of life. Urban greenery lowers temperature and noise levels, encourages physical activity, and fosters social connections while increasing feelings of happiness. Nature in the city also supports pro-environmental attitudes and helps combat feelings of loneliness.
The workshops will be accompanied by a large-scale floral installation by Ola Artyszuk.
