About the event
Workshops of Culture in Lublin invite you to a family movement workshop, “W kontakcie…”, offering an opportunity to connect with your body. This is a series of meetings in a space filled with sensory objects, where we will explore our bodies, feel them, and move freely, without forgetting about having fun and experiencing unrestrained joy. By staying in contact with our bodies, we will deepen our sense of family closeness. We will also try to release tension from our bodies and strengthen our motor coordination through play.
