About the faciliators
Magdalena Krasowska-Igras – culture manager, fundraiser, trainer, and creator of educational and artistic projects with more than 20 years of experience. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in strategically strengthening the capacity of NGOs and cultural institutions – as a trainer and strategic consultant, she supports organizations in building sustainable structures, defining development directions, and increasing their social impact. She is the author of dozens of projects funded by Polish sources (MKiDN, NCK, NIW, MSWiA, Fundacja PZU, PKO BP, ORLEN) and international programs (Creative Europe, Kultura 2000, Erasmus+, AMIF, Villum Fonden). She currently serves as Vice President of the Foundation for the Development of the Information Society (FRSI) in Warsaw. Previously, she worked as a capacity-building manager in the Active Citizens – Regional Fund program and as an expert for the EU Culture and Creativity program for Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine). She promotes cooperation between cultural institutions and the NGO sector and supports libraries as active centers of social life.

Inkubator Kultury 2026 Terms of Service
About Inkubator Kultury
Inkubator Kultury (Culture Incubator) is a comprehensive development program for culture sector professionals. It returns to Workshops of Culture after several years away, continuing to support people working in culture and initiate new activities that expand the city’s cultural offering.
The new edition has been designed as an intensive, multidimensional course created specifically for people working in cultural institutions, as well as NGOs and creative communities operating in the culture sector and creating programs, projects, and events for diverse audiences. The training program combines interpersonal, technological, project management, and strategic skills, offering 94 hours of sessions and workshops.
Participants will take part in a comprehensive training program divided into thematic blocks covering a broad range of issues related to creating and delivering cultural projects. Inkubator Kultury is also an opportunity to build cooperation between project participants and to meet the experts leading the workshops, who are connected with various areas of cultural activity in Poland.
Inkubator Kultury is co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage as part of the National Centre for Culture’s program: Kultura – Interwencje. Edycja 2026.
