Longlegs | Miasto Movie
About the movie
A contemporary American horror film directed by Osgood Perkins – currently regarded as one of the most original filmmakers in the genre.
‘Longlegs’ is a terrifying story about a young FBI agent (played by Maika Monroe) trying to solve a series of murders. As the investigation progresses, further evidence comes to light, including occult and satanic elements that are clearly linked to the entire case. The protagonist must also confront the demons of her own past, especially as the plot unfolds and the murders begin to intertwine disturbingly with her personal history.
‘Longlegs’ is a film that can captivate the viewer with its atmosphere and ominous aura alone. The set of measures and techniques used by Perkins fits perfectly with the whole story. Another strong element is the role of Nicolas Cage, which comes as a surprise to many and has the potential to leave a lasting mark on recent horror cinema history.
